Meeting Room

The Library’s meeting room may be reserved for use by groups in Webster Groves. Please see our Meeting Room Policy (updated September 2023) for more information. If you would like to talk about making a reservation, call Tina or Paige at 314.961.3784.

The meeting room is equipped with a projector and speakers.  The projector has HDMI input, while the speakers’ inputs are HDMI, or 3.5mm audio jack.  Cables are available in the room.  If your device does not have one of these outputs, adapters are available at the front desk for USB-C and Mini DisplayPort. For other connectors, you will have to provide your own adapter.
