Our brand new Psychological Thriller Book Club will discuss The Heiress by Rachel Hawkins on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 from 7 to 8 p.m. It will meet on the lower level/reference floor. While they last, copies will be available at the circulation desk.

Singer, guitarist, and storyteller Walter Parks will perform hymns, hollers, and reels of Georgia’s Okefenokee Swamp. For ages 16 and older.

Paint a mini flower pot for a baby cactus, make a crocheted card holder, and create fall themed greeting cards. Supplies are available while they last. For ages 15 and older.

They build all kinds of paper aircraft to help them understand in a tangible, hands-on way! Major Concepts: lift, gravity, thrust, drag, different types of flight, high and low pressure, flight

Bring your Pokémon cards to the library for an hour of friendly trading with other trainers, ages 6–12. This is a great opportunity to expand your collection and connect with fellow fans.

Enjoy free-play and conversation while your little one interacts with age-appropriate toys in a comfortable space.
